Have a random idea you want turned into something real? That's exactly what I'm here for. Custom orders are about taking whatever's in your head—whether it's completely thought out or just a "what if we made this into a plushie" moment—and making it happen.

The Process:

  1. Fill out the form below with all the details you can think of
  2. I'll get back to you within 48 hours with a quote and timeline
  3. Once we're both happy with the plan, you pay a 50% deposit
  4. I get to work on your custom piece
  5. You pay the remaining balance on pickup at Babe Cave or delivery
  6. You get your one-of-a-kind creation

NOTE: I review all custom order requests; however, I am not obligated to accept every request. I do not take orders for clothing items, religious-themed items, or items based on religious concepts. All accepted custom orders must align with the style and focus of Sanora Boutique’s products.

  • After submitting the form, I will review your order, and if I can fulfill your order, I will contact you through Whatsapp or email (whichever you prefer!).
  • The commission can be something I've made before or something entirely new!
  • The time to complete your order and will be 2-6 weeks.

Pricing [in GYD]:

  • NOTE: Each plushie I make through commissions is specially handmade just for you. Because of this, the price of custom commissions will be higher, reflecting the time, care, & customization involved!
  • Prices of a commission piece will vary depending mainly on the materials used and the amount of time it takes to create the plush.
  • Additional accessories, such as felt decorations, ribbons, and buttons, will incur an extra cost.

Payment Process:

  • Payments will be through MMG
  • A minimum deposit of 50% of the plush's price will be needed before I start creating the order (this deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE). The remaining 50% will be due when you pick up your plushie

Additional Information:

  • Refunds and returns are not allowed!! All sales are final!!
  • Big changes midway through the commission process are not allowed (E.g. deciding to change the color of the plushie after I already started creating it, or changing the design entirely).

How long does a custom order take?

Custom orders typically take between 3 to 6 weeks to complete. The exact timing depends on the complexity of your request and our current workload. We’ll give you an estimated timeline when we confirm your order.

Can I request a rush order?

Yes, rush orders are available if you need your item faster. Please note, rush orders include an additional 50% fee on top of the quoted price. Contact us to check if we can accommodate your timeline.

Do you make clothing or wearables?

No, Sanora Boutique specializes exclusively in crochet plushies, keychains, accessories, and gift items. We do not make clothing or wearable items.

How do I pay for a custom order?

Payments can be made conveniently through MMG (Mobile Money Guyana) or deposited directly at Babe Cave —your choice. We require a deposit before work begins and the remaining balance when you pickup your item.

Are custom orders refundable?

Due to the personalized nature of custom items, all sales are final. We work closely with you from the start to ensure the product meets your expectations.

How will I receive my custom order?

You can pick up your order in person at Babe Cave Café (129 Duncan St, Bel Air), or opt for delivery. Delivery fees vary based on location and will be communicated when your order is ready.
